Delta Technologies supports one of Germany's Top Tier Energy Players in developing and executing a pipeline of several large scale photovoltaics projects.
The services include the identification and securing of potential suitable project sites, the negotiations with the land owners, the securing of the grid connection point and the cooperation with the local authorities.
In conjunction with city planners the amendment of the zoning map and the land development plan is facilitated to reach the ready-to-build status.
Delta Technologies will oversee the execution of the construction works to ensure high quality and zoning compliant project execution, in time and on budget.

Market Entry in Multiple European Markets for German Premium Health and Beauty Company
Delta Technologies supports a leading Premium Health & Beauty Company with their market entries in several European markets.
The focus of this project is the establishing of nationwide partner networks, direct sales partners, health & beauty clinics, premium spas and fitness studios, hotels, physicians, pharmacies, etc.
The scope includes the establishing and execution of the marketing and social media strategy, training of cooperation partners, organization of business conferences and coordination with the central service department.
The products include food supplements, dietary products, premium anti-aging cosmetics and re-aging products.
Establishing and Roll-Out of InterconnectedERP System for South European Subsidiaries
Delta Technologies was in charge of the establishing and roll-out of a uniform company-wide ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in the South European subsidiaries of a major German Energy Company.
The services included the collection of historical and current business data from several systems, the implementation of the country specific ERP tenants, the training of the local administration staff and the cut-over and Go-Live of the new systems.
As common in such projects, several legacy issues had to be resolved and the cooperation with the central IT department was key, as several IT upgrades and centralization projects were taking place simultaneously.
Due to the CoVid 19 impact, a large part of the project was executed together with the branch offices on a remote basis.

Due Diligence Services for German Development Bank for Infrastructure Project in India
Delta Technologies supported one of Germany's Top Tier Energy Suppliers in its current efforts to develop into a pure play Zero Carbon Energy Producer and a Major Player in Renewable Technologies.
In preparation of and during a nationwide multiple million Euro marketing campaign for a service centered product, we supported the Solar Division in setting up processes, securing suppliers, implementing the customer journey, tracking of project progress, sales conversion rates, team performance, etc.
Delta Technologies also played a leading role in a data mining project with highest management attention. Official data on renewable energy production was collected, processed and cross-linked in an advanced CRM system to generate sales leads and to create customer specific, proactive offers for prospective clients.
Delta Technologies supplied the Senior Consultant for the Technical Due Diligence of a 200 MW Renewable Power Generation Project in India.
This project includes the review of existing expert reports, site inspection and visit of key infrastructure assets in the West Bengal region of India, meetings with the West Bengal Power Authorities, input to and review of the preliminary technical planning, financial estimations and the compilation of an extensive Due Diligence report.
Unique challenges included the evaluation of extreme weather impacts together with an environmental engineering consultancy, including the identification of possible mitigation strategies and discussion with expert partners.
A major focus was put on the local social and economic impact to allow for sustainable business development and to secure a seamless integration in the local energy infrastructure.
International Renewables Player financing and executing Large Scale
Photovoltaics Projects
Our team members played a central role in the financing and execution of a Large Scale PV Project Portfolio worth several hundred million Euros in Spain.
The tasks included the management of multiple stakeholder including project developers, construction companies, project managers, equity investors, financing banks and government authorities.
Due to upcoming changes in the legislation, the project execution was extremely time critical and a delay in the execution and commissioning of the projects could not be tolerated.
The projects were finished in time and connected to the grid ahead of the deadline.
Leading EPC constructing Large Scale PV Plant in the Israel, Gaza, Egypt triangle under high pressure
Delta Technologies provided the Site Manager for the construction of a 55 MWp PV plant in the Israel, Gaza, Egypt triangle.
Due to large scale military actions in the area, the EPC company had to face several weeks of standstill and the loss of construction material bringing the project plan under heavy pressure.
Within less than a week our Site Manager built up an additional strike force to propel critical tasks on site. Providing sound inventory data, a contingency plan for the replenishment of the stock of construction material was developed and executed, allowing for a rapid finalization of the construction works.
VC backed Heat Pump Manufacturer pushing Sales in the
German Market
Delta Technologies provided the Head of Sales to a leading Venture Capital backed Austrian Heat Pump Manufacturer for a one year Sales Initiative in Germany.
Overcoming challenges like building up of a nationwide service partner network and the roll out of a new heat pump control system, our Head of Sales was able to double the sales volumes by building up multiple market partners and establishing complementary sales channels.
Through a multifaceted marketing and sales program a strong base for further growth was laid and handed over the customer.
Premium Medical & Beauty Spa Chain extending Service Proposition and Branching Out into CEE
Delta Technologies consulted a Premium Medical & Beauty Spa Chain on the extention of their service proposition into cosmetic surgery. This included the review of the existing premises regarding suitability for the cost effective upgrade to a hygenically controlled area for surgical operations and the compilation of a bankable conversion strategy.
The assignment included the development of an internationalization strategy for the company to be active in Western and Central East Europe. The incorporated strategy included the establishing of multiple national branch offices with integrated premium sales and treatment facilities.

Renewables Player developing PV Project Pipeline in the UK
Delta Technologies provided the team to develop a Large Scale PV Project Pipeline of more than 100 MW in the UK.
The scope of the assignment included the identification and securing of project sites with suitable connection points to the utility grid from the ground up.
The compilation and negotiation of land lease agreements were performed as well as the identification, procurement and analysis of nationwide grid data and grid connection procedures.
The full portfolio was documented and successfully handed over to the client for execution.

Delta Technologies supported an Innovative Lighting Solutions Provider with a strong and exclusive supplier base extending its market presence in Qatar with the design and execution of solar powered solutions for prestigious high visibility projects.

Delta Technologies provided the Project Manager for the execution of an Award Winning UK Smart Grid Energy Efficiency Project.
The Customer Led Network Revolution Project included major British Utilities, Universities and Power Grid Operators. Among others, the customers of large UK Housing Associations benefitted from the installation of highly efficient Air Source Heat Pumps with Energy Storage Facilities and Remote Operation and Maintenance Functionalities.

Our team members were responsible as Project Managers for the extention and national roll out of a market presence with Assembly and Logistics Facilities for a Major German Mounting Systems Manufacturer in Spain.
The assignment included the identification and leasing of suitable warehouses, the recruiting and training of assembly personnel, the implementation and organization of the local supply chain, quality control and customer service.
Due to an extremely short ramp-up time of only weeks, the task had to be performed using the synergies of multiple local partners.
The project was executed in time and met all performance requirements of the served internal and external customers.
